Booking Process
01. INQUIRE
Tell us all about your event through our Wedding Inquiry Form. This will help us better understand your vision and the floral design needs for your wedding day. Once we receive your information, we’ll get in touch with you to book a consultation.
02. DESIGN CONSULTATION
We’ll sit down for a thorough consultation and go into detail about your wedding floral designs. Be prepared to go over details such as types of flowers and colors that you like, styles and size of centerpieces, etc. We’ll look over photos together and I’ll help you determine what style will best fit you. I’ll help you choose flowers available in your wedding season, and what styles of designs may or may not fit into your ideal budget.
03. INITIAL QUOTE + BOOKING
Based on what we discuss at your consultation, we’ll provide a custom quote for your wedding day floral designs. When you are ready to move forward with booking, we require a booking fee to secure your wedding date.
04. DESIGN PROPOSAL
Once you are booked, we will create a custom design proposal for you. This will include a mood board, flower selections and all the design details for your wedding florals. We’ll work with you to make it just right, and this will be the guide to execute your wedding designs perfectly.
PRE-WEDDING DETAILS
One month before your wedding, we’ll get in touch with you to update final numbers and adjust any details on your contract. [Final headcount / centerpiece quantity, etc.] Once everything is finalized, we ask for final payment 1 month before your wedding date.
