Booking Process
01. INQUIRE | Tell us about your event through our Wedding Inquiry Form. This will help us better understand your vision and the floral design needs for your wedding day. We’ll get back to you with an initial proposal based on the information provided, at which time you can choose if we are a good fit for you and if you’d like to move forward with us.
02. BOOKING | If you are happy with our initial proposal, and would like to hire us for your wedding day, you can book with a booking fee as a desposit to hold your date.
03. DESIGN CONSULTATION | The next step is to meet for a design consultation, during which we will go over all the details of the floral and wedding design, such as color palette, specific flower selections, ribbon colors and delivery timelines. After your design proposal, we will provide a more detailed, custom proposal for you to review, edit & approve.
04. FINAL DETAILS | One month before your wedding we’ll re-connect with you to confirm final numbers and adjust any details on your order. At this time, we’ll collect your final payment as well.
